My 2006 A3 2.0T didn't come with shift paddles nor multi function switches.
I found two steering wheels with paddles and MFSW on the net.

Part numbers are 4F0 419 091 AQ TNA and 4F0419091DC1KT.
Can someone tell me if any of these will work with my 2006A3?
if so, do I need extra parts?

I found out one is from 2008S4 B7, will it work with my 2006 A3?
