Would a sport sterring wheel from a B5 fit a C5 A6?

 

yes. airbag connectors are the same.

You can even add a tiptronic wheel....but you'll need a new self cancelling ring and you'll need to do some minor rewiring. See the tech section of audiworld.com for more background.
