Hi,
It looks like most A3 comes equipped with Summer/Ulta performance tires but I keep reading that All season tires are a no cost option in the U.S.. I'd much prefer the all season since the summer/performance tires increase the cabin noise. Does this mean my dealer will put on all season tires at no cost?

Not that I have seen, some A3's have Summer, most have all season. The A3's come from Germany with either tires as what was ordered by dealer. The dealer doesn't swap tires normally.

Just checked audiusa config A3 I didn't see Summer Tires mentioned for 2007 (base, Premium, Sport), only option is to pick between bi-color cast alloy wheels and silver cast alloy wheels with 225/45 R17 all-season tires.

 

You can ask for either. I begged for something different than the Pirelli P6 tires, but I don't know yet what my new A3 will come with and the dealer said he did not have much influence over that.

 

Most likely they'll swap tires with another A3 to get you whatever you want. I'm sure some person will love to get summer tires on their premium packagge A3
