Hi,

Audi A3 1.8T

Pretty new to all this and I am not really a petrol head, just looking for a bit of help on this.

Car was running well, jumped out for literally 10 minutes and now its rough as a dog.

Took it to my Garage this morning, he says there is a misfire on number 4, what he has done so far....

1) Swapped coil from 3 to 4 - no effect
2) Swapped Spark Plug (only changed 3 weeks agao) from 3 to 4 - No effect
3) Checked compression, reading 150 on 3 and 149 on 4
4) Swapped injectors from 3 to 4 - no effect
5) Checked all the feeds and 3 and 4 are giving the same readings

Only other fault showing is MAF sensor, but he thinks that this would not give a mis-fire ... I honestly would not know.

Does anyone have any ideas?
