Stevo, do you know what the reference number for the TSB is please? I'm going to take mine in to the dealer as I have this problem also. Rattle but if I press the RHS of the glovebox door when it's shut the rattle goes away. If there's a TSB then it's a known issue and should be covered by my warranty.

I also have a loud "tick" coming from the glove box that goes away when I put pressure on it. I've also noticed that when I have the wipers on while driving on the freeway, I hear what sounds like a system cycle where the headlamp switch is. Specifically, it sounds like a rattle finished with a click. This repeats every five minutes or so unless I turn the wipers off.
