So went to use my back windscreen wiper and nothing there at all no sound of anything trying to move as if no power

So looked straight at the fuse nothing wrong with the fuses

So I pulled out the washer fuse just to look at it and the back windscreen wiper started working with the front it won't work on its own but will work with washer fuse out with the front windscreen wiper

Obviously washers don't work when fuse is out so this is no fix please help
