Yes. Just use the volume dial on the steering wheel while the phone rings or alternatively push the voicedial button on the steering wheel and quickly lower the volume afterwards (right after the "beep")

Chief, do you mean right after the "ring" because I don't get a "beep" before the phone starts ringing?
