2.0T FSI 2005 70k Miles Full Audi SH.

Problem. Under load the engine, I think the TURBO, sometimes makes a funny noise. Sounds like a scretching noice (a bit like a lose drive belt) but it sounds more like its coming from the TURBO.

Anyone else have / know about / can advise I would be most appreciative. It could be a known problem. Also, I've tried with and with out the ECON button on and its defo not the AC unit i.e. it still scretches with AC off.

HOPE ITS NOT THE TURBO (£1200 replactment cost) but I suspect it might be. Are there any known / common faults like this?
