Can the 2019 Audi A4 rims fit on a 2016 Audi A3

My 2013 A3 factory wheels were 18x7.5,+54. I now use 18x9,+44. I don't see any problem with the stock 225/40-18 tires. I now use 255/35-18 with some trimming of the rear fender liners.
