Did a used 2003 RS6 ever cross your mind????

Screw the NA V8 and go for the TT 4.2! Seriously. I'm not sure hot you could go from an Audi to a Dodge. The reliability is going to suck, the gas mileage sucks, the insurance is going to hurt, and in the end you're losing your sleeper status anddriving around with a huge spotlight on you.

I would suggest lowering the car too, but since you need to crawl through snow and ice...[&:]

You're car looks really really good!

Cheers!

It is lowered. FSD with Euro springs, a little more than 1 inch lower than stock. But as you said, snow and ice is a bad combo for anything lower.

I was bored in Physics for engineers today and decided to do a little research on the SRT8 and from what I've found the 0-60 is low 5s (Most saying 5.3) so I'm not sure where this sub 5sec talk is coming from? IMO get a B6 S4 or 03 RS6 for the price you're looking at spending.

BTW, I'll be selling my DP prior to leaving LA, but the rest will be after I'm in Texas. The coilovers will be sold with the car since I don't have the stock suspension, and I don't really want to spend the money on the labor. Sorry lavadrifter.
What DP is it? Does it have a cat?

Stryker the AWD in the Charger doesn't come in the SRT-8 package only with the 5.7 Hemi R/T. On top of being a Audi Fan I'm a Mopar Fanatic. Honestly Chef if you can find a way to keep the A3 and get the Charger do it. Oh maybe you can hock off the wives car. Then you can be really happy!! As for the SRT-8 spend around a grand on headers and exhaust and you can get anywhere from 40-70 extra hp, tq. Oh and for around $2500 you cant strap on a blower and get another 90-110 getting you close to the majestic 600hp marker. If I had the cash I would go get the new Challenger SRT-8.
