wait, so are we really talking about an 07 2.0 with DSG, standard paint, Sline, Nav. plus with no open sky? That is exactly what I'm about to order, but am being quoted 1200 above invoice which dealers are claiming is 31781 plus 495 inspect. and co-op fee before tax/title. Am I really comparing apples to apples on this price or are you trading in and being screwed on tradin? I'm paying cash.

I did trade in, but i got full bluebook value on it, and honestly didnt want the hassle of selling private. My config is actually different from yours, so the price changes accordingly obviously.

07 2.0T, manual, open sky, s-line, lava gray pearl paint, open sky, tech package, 4x4 airbags, sirrius, and nav plus bose. invoice for mine is 32861, supposedly. Edmunds says about the same. i paid 33000 cash price. They also gave me a 10 day option to sell my car privately if i choose and give a check with a hold on it so either they take my trade, or my check of what they were offering for it. I choose to trade in though cause i didnt feel like taking the hassle of selling, and i got good trade value anyway.
