Dull IPOD question from a new owner..sorry!
Hi guys
I just got a brand new A3 - 2.0T Quattro, premium plus with the 18" sport package (2013?). Long story - downgrading from a BMW 6 series as I ride a motorcycle for my commute and just could not justify the cost of the BMW! Anyhoo - had lots of Audi's before, 2004 Allroad, 2006 A4 avant 3.2 and 2002 Audi S6 wagon. Love 'em!
OK. Here's my dumb question. My car does not have the nav/MMI package - so I have just got the standard 'Concert' stereo with single disk and aux-in jack under the armrest. I want to add a better iPod interface in the glove box - that would give me some control and display on the dash and stereo..?
Audi website actually shows an interface accessory ($180) with the photo of the 'Concert' stereo - but the parts guy I spoke to says Noooo! Does that fit? What are my other options - if any? Dension?
