Forge DV or Instake noise?

Some people say that these kind of noise is from the intake. Because I just had an intake and DV installed and Im removing the part that makes that noise.

I believe that is the blow sound after you install intake. I have stock DV still but neuspeed intake and my blow off sounds exactly like that. I am still kind of a noob tho so I may be wrong.
