It might be possible if you were custom ordering a A3 from Germany that dealer could order Walnut wood inlay option just like the roof rail option Jefferson got. If you go to UK Audi site for example you will see under interior choices (multiple pages) under inlays a choice for Walnut wood.

 

...well besides that route, does anyone know of any aftermarket companies which sell trim kits?
