The 2 biggest I know of that have a lot of shops are:
APR tuning
AWE / GIAC
Google either one of those and you will see if there is a shop close by. There are thousand of forum threads and blogs about which is one better. Personally I would pick the one that is the closest or has the better reviews. Software wise they are pretty close and have a long list of supporters.
