Default Metallic rattle/vibration while accelerating

Hi, so I bought a 2litre A3 sline 2017 2 months ago but a few weeks ago I started noticing this metallic rattle/vibration from the passengers side.. At the start I didn’t think anything of it because it quite literally comes and goes even mid way through a journey.. I Havnt noticed her doing it while sitting idle or reversing or when I put the clutch in.. It’s literally when I’m accelerating between 1500 and 2500 revs.. I brought it to my mechanic just to have him listen and he had a bit of a look and took her for a spin and could hear the noise I was talking about.. Ofcourse as it goes when he got it to a specialist who would deal with Audis etc it was gone.. Just wondering has anyone experienced this? Is it common? A big fix? Or is it one of these glorious but not so glorious characteristics they talk about? I have her booked in to a specialists next week to go on the diagnostics and see if he can pin point what it is.. Just wondering has anyone any idea of what it could be? Any info would be greatly appreciated

It doesn’t matter weather she’s cold or warm, it randomly comes and goes.. Sometimes a lot louder than others
