I just picked up my brand new A3 3.2 quattro. I have been trying out all the features and functions. I ran into a problem with the mode button on the steering wheel. I have both Nav and the technology package. It appears that the mode button is not operational and I cannot switch from FM to CD and Phone. THe manual says it should and the address book should come up in the cluster display, but alas it does not. I have been dealing with the service manager and Audi factory. They are telling me that that button is not supported in the A3 in the US, only in Europe. Does anyone have that working or is this true. I am really bummed out about it.

That button is for changing mode from radio to bluetooth phone dialing.
