Be sure to document everything and keep all records and a journal. Also, be sure that all service records state the exact same problem you are experiencing. It seems you might have a lemon.

 

Like night said document everything, i got into an A3 because of my tahoe truck being a lemon. That lemon law and the BBB (better buisness bureau) actually work for the consumer in a big way. My truck wich was a conversion done up in Texas brand new had vibration issues at 80 mph and up. It was in the shop about 8 times and then is when i put the lemon law in affect, you dont have to wait for 8 times i think it's 3 times the same complaint and then the dealer has a final try to fix the problem, and after that its bye bye lemon.
