oil consumption concerns

2006 A3 2.0T
I end up adding a quart of oil in between changes. i see no smoke and the engine is bone dry so no leak. where is it going?

We have a 2.0 TFSI and they do drink oil to the point it's concerning but seems quite normal for these engines, unfortunately. We keep oil in the boot and top up once a month.
