Default Is this a real Sline??

Im new to Audi's and not sure if this is a real sline. It has the rear quarter, rear end, grill and steering wheel badges but gocompare just states its a;

'Audi A3 Quattro TDI (170) 2006-2008'

Is there a sure fire way to determine if its a true S line?

If I'm not mistaken, the term S-Line merely refers to a trim package and does not necessarily come with any performance gains over a standard A3. The Audi performance naming standard would be an S3 if it were something mechanically above and beyond a standard A3. It appears from the pictures and description on the listing that it is a genuine S-Line A3 but I am not an expert.

good luck

Cheers. Ive read in places that you should only be able to fit 1 finger between the tyre and the arch with the sline susspension. Anyone care to give a third opinion?

the s-line does have different suspension - more sportier and lower. you could check the vin # ... you'd have to google it, but i know theres something in the vin # that tells you if it's an s-line
