I'm in the process of purchasing a 2011 Audi A3 2.0 TFSI with 23K miles. During the pre-purchase inspection everything looked good BUT the mechanic found a small oil leak between the engine and transmission.

The mechanic says it's a minor issue and that I should be able to get it fixed since the vehicle is still under warranty. Is this a bad sign for the vehicle? Should I walk away?
