When you feel the difference w/ the chip, it will be worth the hassle of reflashing. A good vendor should charge a very small fee for the re-flash after the dealer update. Mine has never charged me.

Since factory updates came up here, I just wanted to share that I just got an ECU update regarding a stuck manifold flapper valve. It causes an engine light and low-end HP suffers until it is resolved.
