Audi pricing
Alright so I'm trying to price out a new A3. I am getting the A3 to hold me off till the 3.0TDI comes in the B8 preferably in avant form.
Here is the predicament I am in.
There are a lot of options I would like to get but I don't want to buy all the crap that you have to get with it. For example. I want sport seats but don't really care for the rims and suspension since I would do coilovers and my own rims anyways. I really like the heated seats I have in my car now but also don't want to have to buy the rest of the crap that goes along with it. I wouldn't mind having it but it just gets a bit pricey too quick. I feel as though the A3 is an either all or nothing car. so many of the options when you select them you have to get something else in order to get the one or two things you really want. I wish they would do it like in the UK. They actually just get to pick from a list what they want. Anyways I'm really hoping they come here with a 2.0T quattro but if they don't i guess it will be ok.
I really like manual cars but from a lot of aspects teh DSG makes more sense.
Anyways here is my plan. I will probably just pick up a cheaper used A3 if I can find one with the options I want.
2.0T APR stage 2
PSS9 or 10's
H&K swaybars
19" Ultraleggera 19x8 black or bronze
Carbonio intake
S3 front end
anyone have a setup close to this and have any recommendations?

RE: Audi pricing
Its not a blow-off-valve if thats what you're asking. It replaces the stock DV because the diaphragms tend to split once you start modding the car. Its recommended to upgrade the DV when you chip the car to avoid issues.
