I would walk away from it. Unless they can take 10K off the top. They can't even keep their story straight about the title and financing. What are they gonna be saying about the maintenance and care of that car? Besides - where's the owner?Unless he's in Iraq - there is absolutely no reason why a prospective buyer could not have access to him. A little to shady for my taste. Dunno - just me.
