Default very confused

hi im new to the forums.and im looking to buy a a3 3.2 dsg.

now the thing that messes with my head is.

i went and looked up the 3.2 power specs.

one site said for the a3 3.2.....0 to 60 in 5.8 and

14.5 in the 1/4 mile.

now those specs i liked.but thers a catch one uther site says.

6.8 0 to 60 and 15.5 in the 1/4 mile.

this makes me confused.all i want is a true anser to this cars 0 to 60 and 1/4 specs.

any info will help.sorry about the slopy grammer

I dont think the 3.2 dsg is below 6 secs 0-60
The 2.0 turbo chipped is right below 6 secs

The 3.2 A3 is 0 to 60 in 5.9 secs, 2.0T does it in 6.7 secs.

The last thing to worry about is the 0-60 and 1/4 mile times.

The first thing is to figure out how you are going to use the car, because a .6 difference in 0-60 in the real world won't make a difference. The next thing is how the car drives, it maybe that the 2.0T handles better due to it's lighter weight. You may like the 3.2 for it's torque. Just don't buy the car because it's "fastest" or the "biggest".
