What is this $495 fee?
I have to say that Prestige has been good so far- seem very upfront and fair. They sell Porsche as well and I hope the service department is good as they are further from my house than McDonald. I, too, heard bad things about McDonald.

Hope this helps.
While we are talking about Prestige, I thought I'd throw in my $.02 on my dealing with them earlier this month.
I took my car in for its 15k check up (and $139 detail per my request) and was sourly dissapointed. I do not know if this has to do with the fact that they outsource their detailing or whether they were just slow themselves, but I had a 9:30 appointment and I was told it would be done by 1:00pm. Which, in retrospect seems like a reasonable amount of time for those two things. I drove from where I'm staying for the summer near Chef (in Edwards-Cordillera ring a bell?) and arrived on time. I came back at 1:00 and was told it would be ready shortly. At 5:00pm I was handed the keys to my car. I looked at the outside and it was great-an exceptional exterior clean. But inside it's like he didn't even touch it. A terrible job, especially for $139.
So, the Audi service manager took off $75 (I complained in an email the next day) and I believe that was pretty fair. So, Prestige is good for service and sales, but stay away from the detail specials.

Hello, I have a pool care business and now it gets bigger and I have more clients so I am thinking of improving the process of communicating with clients and also with the employees? I read on the Internet about some business automation programs, about their pros and cons, and found much more pros for sure. So now I want to hear your opinion on such programs managemart whether it is worth implementing or I should leave everything as it is now?
