When did the A3 start having the slick new front headlights, year, model?

 

By slick, do you mean the standard Halogen lights with the "wing" insert OR the new Bi-Xenon set up with the LED DRLs? Either way, the current set up was introduced on the 2009 model. Call me crazy but I actually don't care for the LED DRLs...which is why I looked for a model without them.

 

I guess its the "wing", i love the look at night.

 

The wingz are on the A4 and R8. The A3 has LED eyebrows.
