"ABS" & "BRAKE" lights just came on?????

Need help fellas... My 'ABS" and "BRAKE" lights just cam on at the same time.

What does that mean and how do I get it off????

I have a '98 A4 - 2.8

VAG it. To my limited knowledge, it might be the ABS sensor gone bad or pad wear sensor doing its job.

Could be a dirty ABS wheel sensor.
