karl... what exactly do you do that you have the 16 + hours to make that in ms paint ?

your best bet honetsly is to run the bov for another day. then when you check engine light comes on bring it to auto zone or something and get your codes read. then we can tell you exactly what the problem is. The bov should not be causeing issues on your year car. I have 004 and no problems for over a few months now. SO get the CEL to come back on then get those codes read at the nearest autozone

Did you post that video on Youtube, praising your BOV. Lol. Not to be a dick cause I was actually considering one based on that video, but I think I'll get Spiltter now. If can just return that thing and get the Splitter, at least you can adjust it in case you run too rich. Sorry to hear it, the Forge Bov does sound good anyway.

 

Forge BOV's are fine to run.. you wont have any problems..

 

umm, well you see they are fine too run. They are NOT fine to run when the operator is a idiot! (me) My car is under warrentte and I cannot properly install it so that it runs right. Please ask, before you accuse

 

Not accusing ,just asking. From what you posted it sounds like you installed it right. Plus there is a website that tested some diverter/BOV valves and said it did matter if you installed it backwards. Maybe it's the springs.
