Its been a long day. Losts of work done.

New IC. $100. ^



CAI $50.



Gutted cat. Broken Flange. Priceless... Wait.. I mean Hot bead down the shirt.. (Ouche).


Hard part over!


That might be a boost leak.......


Fabed $50 CAI. VAGed. Intake temp 125 F .


Done!

Test drive is impressive. Boosting 9psi roughly every gear. Leave comments please. BTW I know I suck at welding..

i went with carbonio for my intake 380hp kind off complex to assemble but its amazing

I didnt know that TT. Thats pretty damn good for after IC. I VAGed after a 30 min test drive.
All and all. I love this setup. The power increase can be flet. And the Sound is Nice! Louder DV.
Also. Do the 1.8s have Valve timing advanced? Sounds simlar to Vtak at 5k+. But minus the rice...

the newer01+cars have VVT, but its only used at start up, and deffinatly not a power adder like on a honda or toyota.

What is that fmic from? Think you would get better results if you have cast or aluminum entanks instead of plactic.

typo thats 380 dollars

are you using youre stock maf if so un plug it plug it back in and let the car idle for 10 min trust me

You do know that hollowing out your cat creates a standing wave in your exhaust which does wonders to your flow. And by wonders, I mean makes it worse than if you left the stock cat in there.

The stock cat actually flow really well. The only way to improve it is to remove it, not gut it.

buttt jesse james did it to an elcamino on monstergarge and he is always right.
