yea i JUST got new winter tires before i had performance tires, it was not hard to get going but stopping was a B!TCH... so i feel like a rally car driver now with my new tires and its awsome.

It's not very often you hear things like that!

hehe, i wasnt zooming at 20-30mph. i was doing 40-50 on highway, while everyone else was doing 20-30 with the front wheel drives

Me too. Great ride this morning from Monmouth County up to Bridgewater. Doing 50 on the Turnpike when everyone else was struggling to do half that... Good times.

On 5 miles worth if I287 I saw three cars spun off onto the side of the highway. All three of them were G35 Coupes. I think the car world has just found its new F-body.

yeah i do.. but then again i just slide around and pray i stop without nailing the curb[:@]

I had wondered about that, as well as the ESP, before the fact. It turns out that neither one of them are intrusive, IMO. The ESP would light up and take control of the car if I really nailed it at a traffic light, but otherwise actually allowed a pretty decent amount of slip and slide. I only managed to kick up the ABS once in almost two hours of driving and that's because I really, really tried.
