I have a 2004 A4......3.0, 6-speed........do you guys always ride around with the traction control on in the snow or what? Its a pain in the *** sometimes......although a great safety feature.......I just hate how it cuts power if your not expecting it....

A lot of NJ here- probably becuase there's too many people in NJ! Anyway, I took the 02 up to Albany this weekend and had a little fun in the 4 inches of snow. Four of us got in it, and I took it in a hay field (don't worry, its only a little rougher than a lawn) and I was truely impressed. Some really steep climbs and the quattro proved itself worthy. Not a single bit of traction loss, until I purposely tried of course. For a "high end" car, its not too bad off the road.
