ooo yeah i have two questions too ask.. 99 a4 2.8
1) I was shoveling and my hand hit the mirror and it folded the opposite way towards the engine.. whats purpose of that?
2) Do you think its bad to drive in a high ammount of snow? would that do any kind of damage to the bottom of the car?

Yeah I had about 4" of snow plus lots of ice and slush/sleet here in South Eastern CT. I went out with a friend, I was in the A4 he was in a ford explorer, he got in an accident taking a turn that I just made it through no problem. Too many people think because they have "SUV's" they can do anything in their car.
I am so impressed with Quattro it kicks my mom's 4Runner's *** and aside from the brakes it's better than my dad's 325xi.

I myself just got my black on black 06 a4 with the premium package, 6 speed manual tranny!
Just looking for some advice on the best way to lanunch it, and the best way to drive with the 6 spd in the snow.
