Its a clamp made of metal , it goes around the tube. It doesn't have a screw, instead it is crimped up. So if you have to take it off you have to cut it off basically making it a "one time use clamp".

01's boost at 10/11 psi (k03 sport and different stock tune)
97-00 are 7ish psi.
Has nothing to do with the n75.
