2002 A4 Quattro 3.0L

I have been offered (at a decent price):

Audi 15' Wiinter wheels
with Audi Hubcaps
one hubcap has a few scratches otherwise mint
with Pirelli Winter Ice Plus rubber - 90% plus like new
195-65-15

These are off a 2001 Quattro. Will they fit? Same pattern/offset etc?

im not sure if 15's will clear your calipers and rotors man
