Default 03 A4 1.8T Quattro noise

I am new to the forum and Audi.

Recently purchased a 2003 A4 1.8T Quattro. The car has been lowered with Nuespeed springs & structs with 235/35/19" tires on the car. The car makes a grinding noise when making a sharp left turn from a stop under hard acceleration. The dealer told me it's tire rubbing against the wheel well. I think they just brush me off because they don't want to deal with it due to the suspension mod. I've looked and cannot see anything. Could the noise coming from the drive tran? The noise is definitely coming from the driver side but cannot be sure if it's front or rear? Anyone have any idea?

Could be true - it could be tire wheel well rub. But it should be more pronounced under braking, not accelerating.
It could also be control arms. Maybe only the bushings.
