1.8 turbo sport
yea and extra 20 hp decreases the 0-60 times by 5 seconds....its faster but not 2 seconds...the 2.8 was introuced in 96 the avant version of the a4 was introduced in 98.5 i think the 2.8 was the first engine available for the a4 in america and 1.8 without a turbo in germany and then a sport version of the 1.8 (added the turbo) for the eurpean buyers and a smaller more efficient engine for american buyers. i am currently in germany and i saw a 1.6 a4..... one of these nights im gonna go out and take some real license plates for my car lol
also a manual 1.8t should go from 0-60 (0-100) in around 8 secs (my best was like a 7.8 on a new clutch with custom intake and 7.2 with no exhaust lol)

I'm talking Km/h (I live in The Netherlands
). Yeah I'm thinking of the 2.8 but I want to get the 30v one. Then again I also have my eye on the A6 2.8q and the A62.7t all a bit confused really[&:][sm=dontgetit.gif]

I bought my 1.8t for its cornering, quattro, and overall luxury...not so much for acceleration. Dad's 50th Anniversary Corvette Z06 took the vroom right out of my Audi. But I can take him on Palos Verdes Drive East any day!!!! No joke.
The 405??? Fuggeddabouditt!!!!!!! I don't even try.
