Hi all,
I'm looking for advice.
I've an A4 1.8T quattro with about 70.000 miles. Lately I smell raw gasoline inside while driving. I've already took it once to the audi dealer but they said they did not see anything and could not even smell the gas while there. I got their invoice though!
It doesn't do it all the time but very often.
Does anybody have suggestions?

Both known and unknown. There are a lot of wii problems for which I can't seem to find a solution either on the forums or on gaming site. A guide that addresses all this in one place would be great! Anybody know one?

 

I've been looking at an '03 A4 1.8. This is exactly what I was looking for, a checklist of things to investigate before I buy.

 

Dont forget about the TCM issue and the CVT transmissions!!!! I had to replace my CVT transmission at 51500 miles. 1500 miles past warranty. Audi did pay for half, WOOHOO!!!! Still cost me $3200.. Acura replaced my friends transmission and his had 103K miles... I have had my Audi for 2 years and have had 4 major things go wrong with it. Luckily the first three things were under warranty. The tranny wasnt. I hate how Audi treated me. I like driving my Audi but I dont think I will ever buy another one. When my Audi was in the shop for 2 weeks they gave me a 2009 Q7 and 2 days in the Check engine light came on and they had to give me another... I thought Audi's engineers were best in the industry!?

 

How can I get a copy? Please instruct me on how to download this to a word file.

 

x2... What about the power steering pump??? I see a ton of people with issues with their 1.8T power steering pump but no mention of it in here... Is the 2004 A4 pump replace just to hard for a DIY project???
