Default 17884 EVAP leak detection pump – insufficient vacuum

I ghave CEL on AGAIN... read by VAG-COM it shows

17884 EVAP leak detection pump – insufficient vacuum

P1476 – 002 lower limit exceeded


can it be just gas cap or a pipe from tank to fuel pump?.. thank for any idea before I bring it to dealer and they change everything...

What year and model. It could be gas cap, leak in system or bad pump. If the car is under warranty take it to the dealer. If you have a Real Vagcom, PM me and I can give your the directions on how to check the Evap system pump with your vagcom. If you have the factory repair manual, it too has the directions.

2002 A4 3.0 Quattro.. there is nothing wrong with the car, drives the same with MIL on and off now. I reset the computer and the MIL did not come back. do you have an idea?
