aka you lose hp at the wheels. anything that makes it harder for the engine to transfer the power from the engine to the ground will cause a loss in horse power. (I would accumulate all of this as loss of power through the drive train you can call it whatever you want) With 19's on a dino you will come up with less hp. the smaller the rim the better the acceleration because the more power put on the floor
