wait a second... i heard that the whole s4 frame is different than the a4. so even if you do an engine and tranny swap on an a4, you still can't get it to be as good as an s4 in the long run. correct me if im wrong here

I think you may be a little confused...or I have no idea what you are speaking about. The only thing on the rear of my Front Trac is a torsion beam. Again, only the Quattro has independant so I dont see the need in a rear sway when there is a big hunk of steel in the back of this car...
