Default 2.0t Fuel mileage

Come on guys, everybody checks there mileage at least once!

I am considering upgrading my 2003 Passat to a 2006 2.0t A4 Quattro Tip Tronic and was curious about real world gas mileage.
The 1.8t in my Passat has been fantastic but I am thinking the A4 wont do as well as my new Corvette.
What mileage should I expect?

You think a turbo 4 won't do as well as a V8 for gas mileage???????????

An AWD Turbo 4 ? Maybe not.
The Vette easily does 30 on the road at 70 MPH, and its not just mine....seems almost all guys are doing that.
I cant believe no one responded. I would have had (and did) 30 hits in an hour on the C6 forum.
Thanks for a response

My non-Quattro A3 has only gotten 30mpg once in its life and that was when my poky wife drove it to San Diego and back. I usually get 24-25mpg in mixed LA driving with a bit of a lead foot. Not too far off of the Vette. Can't believe I just compared fuel mileage to a Vette? Something is definitely weird with the world at the moment.

EPA states

Fuel Economy
Coupe Convertible Z06
City (mpg) 17 - 18 17 - 18 16
Highway (mpg) 27 - 28 27 - 28 26

Sedan Trims
2.0 T 2.0 T w/ Multitronic 2.0 T quattro 2.0 T quattro w/ Tiptronic 3.2 3.2 quattro 3.2 quattro w/ Tiptronic
City (mpg) 23 24 22 22 21 17 19
Highway (mpg) 34 32 31 30 29 27 27
