No it doesn't. You could simply keep your ac off and your car will perform like it is rated from the factory. Removing the ac does nothng more than saving some lbs. A/c does hurt performance when turned on, but has no effect on performance removed or equiped. Lol, that woul be a pretty nice free mod if you magically gain "about 13hp" from ripping out th ac.

the ac still pulls the engine down even whenits turned off, the engine is still turning the ac pully. the ac isnt all electric, theres still some machanical parts to it. lol
