Nice - so I could find an ECU for an A6, drop it in my 30V, and pick up 10hp then? Like Trey25 said, time to jack someone's A6. Or go test driving

Agreed - the drag from the pulley when the AC clutch isn't engaged is almost nonexistent. You'll probably pick up 0.13hp if that much.

The display is kinda yellow - i think you mean the low washer fluid light? It was just taken by me with my old nextel camera phone in the dark while driving, so the quality isn't that good and i don't care about photoshopping it to make it look right. that part of the dash was replaced free from the dealer under warranty just before i hit 100k miles because a row of the pixels crapped out.4k more miles and iwould havehad to pay for that myself.

Indeed you could sure do that. You just had me questioning/confused when you said 13hp for getting rid of th A/C... thats all.

shorter belt, less weight, a little less drag on the belt, not 13, but if your taking that out do some underdrive pullys and you'll be around 13.

and yeah you can get 2.8s to 230hp, without going forced induction, (30v, im talking about). cat back, underdrive pullys, chip, cai. that should get you close to 220-230 at the crank. then add a wet shot to finish it off. i think my 12v with a wet shot should be around 220-230 at the crank.
