i have a 96 2.8 quattro and there is nothing i can find to put on my car besides an intake. is there anything i can put on there besides an intake and a custom exhaust? if not i so want to trade this car

 

lol, dude lower it, get a fatty system, grille, clear side markers, one piece headlights, paint your lowers... you could seriously have a rediculous looking car if you wanted to. the 2.8 is not meant for straight line performance, but more of a luxury car that will rape in the corners.

the 2.8 isnt that bad performance wise...i used to have a single turbo 300zx which had a 3.0 L and my 2.8 is faster than that thing, plus is looks nicer...plus id rather have a 2.8 over the 1.8t...i really would rather have a v6 engine over a 4 cylinder anyday....idk pretty much like ateurv8 said the 2.8 is a sporty luxury car, and just because it doesnt have a turbo doesnt mean you cant do alot of good stuff to it.

 

if your not satisfied with how fast it is now and not willing to drop ~$4k on a supercharger, then u should sell the 2.8 and get a 1.8T. plenty of mods for them

ya dude our motor can handle a 75 shot of nitrous with ease. Its my most recommended performance mod if you want to go faster, and its really not dangerous as long as everything is set up correctly.
