Before you go replacing the cat please go get it tested. Po422 is not usally a bad cat a p0420 code is without a doubt a bad cat. P0422 is most common to a faulty o2 sensors. As far as the tip problem there are a few things to check 1. is the black filler slide contains the magnet to move from auto to tip mode side to side. 2. Is the circuit board under the silver plate is a known failure due to drink spills. 3. Also there is a magnetic sol. under the entie mechanism which is another known failure for your problem

 

Oh p0411 check the line off the combo valve on the rear of the head. If thats ok check the air pump for cracks

 

If there is something wrong with the secondary air system, couldn't that trigger cat related problems especially during engine warm up? I would make sure everything is okay there first and see if that fixes it. Thoughts?

yea i am having cat related problems lol...my cat completely feel off and its a pain in the *** to take those bolts off....good luck
