go to driving school befor you go to court. take the speeding ticket. pleade not guilty to the reckless driving ticket and make a case for it being late at night, you didn't realize how fast you were going, you are sorry, you have already gone to driving school and it will not happen again.

Sorry man that sucks.. This is why I rely on cruise control. Seriously, flip that bitch on in 35 MPH zones.. just gas it to forty and push the button, its less mind numbing this way. Cause when your foots on the gas, and you have to obey 35mph its helll! I always end up going 55 without realizing it

lawyers will mail you, they search through records and find people that llok like they need help. def get the lawyer though, if it was a lower ticket you could have gone in and talked your way out of it or what not, not sure about your area but in illinois 30+ over is considered reckless driving. get the lawyer to drop the careless driving by arguing that it was an empty road, you are a well trained driver despite your age and basically prove that the speed and conditons were not neglegent. as for the ticket once you go to court go the the DA and cut a deal with them for supervision, this way you pay a fine and all that but as long as you dont do anything for a set amount of time its off your insurance record. also ive found that going up closer to the last person get a better chance of the judge making a deal with you. sorry for the long post but believe me this is information that got many speeding tickets.
