Default 2001 A4 1.8 Oil leak help

So far Ive replaced the timing belt, the cam chain tensioner, all the applicable gaskets. Had the low oil pressure gunk repair done (by an Audi specialist shop). Changed my broken dipstick, and replaced the Egr lines because they rotted.

Here is my problem, my car leaks a lot of oil. If I let it sit and idle it wont leak so it is hard to find. It only leaks at high rpms. It doesn't drip while driving, but after I shut the engine off it makes a huge puddle. If I drive around the neighborhood slowly, maybe a drop or two. But if I rev the engine hard it leaks a lot. Any help will do and thanks ahead of time.

Where is the leak coming from approximately? Who did the timing chain tensioner?

Its hard to tell where the leak is from, after having a broken dipstick tube there is oil everywhere, but it drips from the front of the car after I shut it off. I checked the timing belt and it is dry. There is oil on both sides of the engine, and on the external belts.
