I have a 2002 A4 3.0 Quattro with 30,140 miles.
Yesterday I noticed that when I start the car the "PRNDS" indicator looks correct (outlined letters), and as I move the shifter from P to R and to N, the lights display correctly (outlined unused and solid used), but as soon as I put it into D all of them (PRNDS) light up like they are selected. The car drives correctly though except I cannot go into Tiptronic mode.
Anyone have any ideas or ran into this?
