I am considering buying a 2003 a4 3.0 with 74k on it for about $13,000. ( perfect condition)

why????: cause i love the model and i know how long these cars can last!

i just want some feedback from the pros, let me know wht you think......is it worth it?

 

that is an absolutely ridiculously low price...

find out why, and then you'll know why you should not buy it.

 

That is a very low price! I would jump on that ASAP.

 

have it looked at by audi for 80 bucks. Theyll let you know the deal. The 3.0 should be reliable with high mileage.

 

the 3.0 should be pretty reliable, that is a really low price though. you are going to need to change the timing belt if it hasnt already been done, also a little later you might need to do front control arms and CV joints or just boots. there arent too many performance mods for the 3.0 though, just intake, exhaust, and supercharger for 5 grand, which would throw down some nice power
